Family is at the heart of our celebration, and we would love for you to learn a little bit more about ours!
The Shah Family
The Shah family originates from Gujarat, India. Krusha's maternal grandparents, Rameshchandra and Veerbala Shah originate from the towns of Kathlal & Bhaner. Krusha's paternal grandparents, Dwarkadas and Kalavati Shah are from the towns of Dabhoi & Baroda.
Over the years, Krusha's parents, Paresh Shah & Heena Shah, established new roots in Chicago, Illinois. In 2003, Krusha's family moved to Dallas, Texas, where she and her older sister, Roma grew up. Currently, Roma is pursuing her career in health administration in California. Krusha is graduating from medical school this year in May, and will be pursuing residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Our family's story has deeply shaped the people we are today, and we are eternally grateful for their sacrifices. We hope to honor them in our celebrations.
The Rawal Family
The Rawal family originates from Gujarat, India. Soham's maternal grandparents, Harkant and Nitibala Upadhyaya originate from the town of Gondal. Soham's paternal grandparents, Kirit and Rashmi Rawal are from Desra, Bilimora, and Ahmedabad.
Over the years, Soham's parents, Sapan Rawal & Shital Rawal, established new roots in Irving, Texas . In 2006, Soham's family moved to Flower Mound, Texas, where he and his younger sister, Noopur grew up. Currently, Noopur is in graduate school in Dallas to be a Physician Assistant. Soham is pursuing his career in commercial and private real estate development in Dallas.
Everything we celebrate today is made possible by the love, resilience, and sacrifices of our families. We carry their legacy with us as we begin this next chapter.
